为了推进在全球环境治理背景下探讨和阐明中国生态文明概念的意义，通过观点和知识的交流，促进对国际、区域和国家环境法律范式更深刻的理解，武汉大学环境法研究所、海南大学生态文明法治研究中心和中国法学会环境资源法学研究会国际环境法专业委员会拟于2019年10月22-24日在海南大学举行“生态文明与全球环境治理国际研讨会”国际研讨会。

本次研讨会系珞珈环境法论坛系列活动之一，也是教育部文科重点研究基地重大课题 “生态文明与国际环境法”(No.16JJD820012)的阶段性成果之一。

为了确保研讨时间和质量，本次研讨会将发言人数控制在20人以内（国内和国外学者各约10人）。一些国内外学者已确定参加本次会议，包括：

组委会现继续向中国学者征集高水平论文，论文主题应当严格围绕以下三个中心论题：

1. 生态文明与国际和区域环境法；

2. 生态文明与绿化“一带一路”倡议；

3. 生态文明与全球环境契约

有意提交论文的学者请注意以下几点：

1. 明确所论述的主题；

2. 写明论文的标题；

3. 注明姓名、职称和职位；

4. 您可先提交中文全文和500字英文单词左右的长摘要；

5. 参会论文应当在2019年8月15日之前提交，组委会欢迎您尽早提交论文；

6. 请将您的论文与摘要发送给卜睿德教授：ben.boer@sydney.edu.au，并抄送给秦天宝教授：fxyqtb@whu.edu.cn 和兰莹（行政助理）：lanying.law@foxmail.com。

会议将组织专家进行评审，在2019年9月15日之前确定参会者。

会议论文将优先推荐到Chinese Journal of Environmental Law （英文）和《环境法评论》（中文）发表。这两本期刊均由武汉大学环境法研究所出版。

会议将承担论文入选者的住宿和膳食费用，差旅费自理。

The workshop language will be English. Chinese scholars can submit Chinese papers with English abstracts.  All Powerpoints should be in English.

Papers will be considered for publication in the English-language Chinese Journal of Environmental Law, and in the Chinese-language Environmental Law Review.  Both of these journals are published through the Research Institute of Environmental Law, Wuhan University.
