On the afternoon of April 16, 2019, one of the series of celebration activities of the 40th anniversary of the restoration of law education in Wuhan University and the eighty-seven Luojia Lecture Series on Environmental Law was held in classroom 325 of law school. Prof. Huang Delin from the school of public administration in China University of Geosciences was invited to give a lecture on the application of environmental regulation.

This lecture was hosted by Prof. Qin Tianbao. Students from China University of Geosciences and RIEL attended this lecture. At the beginning of this lecture, Prof. Qin Tianbao welcomed Prof. Huang and introduced his research experience briefly. Prof. Qin also promised that RIEL will continue to improve the quality of Luojia Lecture Series on Environmental Law.

Prof. Huang first defined the concept and scope of the environmental policy and environmental regulation, and then clarified the relationship between environmental policy, environmental regulation and environmental law. After expounding the realization path and characteristics of Chinese public policy, Prof. Huang analyzed the legality, moderation and fairness of environmental regulation with living examples.

At the end of lecture, Prof. Qin made a brief summary and presented the certificate to Prof. Huang for providing a wonderful lecture. The lecture ended in a harmonious atmosphere.
