On
the evening of November 23, 2017, the 19th RIEL Alumni Salon held in room 446
at law school. This salon was fortunate enough to invite to RIEL 2006 master's student
Young Di who currently works for the Guangdong Provincial Department of
Environmental Protection. He brings us a talk entitled "Work in Environmental
Protection Organizations and Career Choices ". This salon was presided
over by Associate Professor Li Guangbing, assistant to the director of RIEL.
Professor Ke Jian, deputy director of RIEL, Associate Professor Luo Ji, and
Judge Li Min from Hongshan District Court of Wuhan City, and master’s and
doctor’s students attended.
Judge
Li Min, Professor Ke Jian and Associate Professor Li Guangbing also had a
pleasant exchange with everyone. Judge Li Min introduced her current work in
division of fast-speed tribunal, which has about 500 cases a year, as to job,
she proposed everyone to broaden their horizons and manage their own advantages.
Professor Ke Jian expressed his appreciation for the frank and straightforward
character of Yang Di, saying that everyone should learn from it and keep a
healthy body, pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive qualities, and
attach importance to the accumulation of work experience. Associate Professor
Li Guangbing encouraged the students to ask Yang Di, Li Min on
employment-related issues.
During the salon, the students present actively raised their own job confusion and obtained the patient guidance from guests and teachers. The salon ended in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
