Institute of environmental and resources law under China law society, western development law professional committee "2017 West Development, Environmental Resources Law Forum" was held in Guangxi University law school on October 14, 2017, RIEL assistant director Associate professors Li Guangbing were invited to attend the meeting. RIEL friend Prof. Lv Zhongmei, the director of the institute of environmental resources law of the China law society, as well as Associate Prof. Qiao Gang, Dr. Li Yiding and Dr. Liang chunyan, etc. were present at the meeting.

 

The meeting first read the approval of the China law society's environmental resources law seminar on the change of the western development law committee. Chongqing University Prof. Chen Demin was elected as the new director of professional committee of the west development law, Huang Xisheng and other nine people elected deputy directors, RIEL Associate Prof. Li Guangbing and RIEL friends Associate Prof. Qiao Gang, Associate Prof. Guo Wu and a total of 25 representatives from western universities were elected members, Chongqing University Prof. Qin Peng was elected as secretary-general, RIEL friends Dr. Li Yiding and Dr. Dong Zhengai from Chongqing University was elected as deputy secretary-general.

 

RIEL adjunct Prof. Lv Zhongmei, director of the law society of environmental resources of the Chinese law society, made a theme report on the forum which entitled "the road map of environmental right into the constitution". She discussed the roadmap for China’s environmental rights into the constitution from basic understanding of environmental right, the necessity and the feasibility of environmental right into the constitution, and the path of environmental rights into the constitution.
