秦天宝教授受邀参加中宣部“坚持绿色发展”理论研讨会

Prof. Qin Tianbao invited to attend the Theory Symposium on “Adherence to Green Development”

On September 26-27, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee held the 3^rd Symposium on “Adherence to Green Development” of Governance Forum in Yichang, Hubei. Prof. Qin Tianbao, the director of RIEL, was invited to made a keynote speech at the symposium. The experts and scholars attending the symposium carried on a warm and in-depth discussion around the establishment and practice of the new development philosophy and adherence to the green development.

Prof. Qin’s speech is entitled “Bring the Environmental Protection into the Legal Track”, pointing out the necessity to improve the environmental legislation, enrich environmental law enforcement, strengthen the environmental justice and enhance corporate awareness and abilities of environmental law-abiding. Experts and scholars agreed that ecological civilization construction is the major content to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. We must adhere to the basic national policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment, speed up the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and create a new pattern of harmonious development between human and nature.
