Sun Yunfang was born in Jincheng city of Shanxi province in 1981. She got her Bachelor degree in Law from Shanxi Teachers’University in 2004 and Master degree in Environmental Law from Northwest Political Science and Law University in 2009.During 2004 to 2006, she taught Legal Basis in the Department of oral medicine in Shanxi Medical University. During 2009 to 2017, she taught Environmental and Resource Conservation Law and Administrative Law in Henan Construction University for 8 years.
