Liu Jing is an associate professor of law in Wuhan University. She received her LL.B and LL.M degrees from Wuhan University and obtained her PhD from Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Her research interest covers environmental tort, environmental regulation and governance as well as law and economics. Her recent publications include: Compensation for Nuclear Damage: A Comparison among the International Regime, Japan and China ; Compensating for natural resource damage caused by vessel-induced marine oil pollution: comparing the international, US , and Chinese regimes ; The government' s roles in transnational forest governance.
